Alpha Phi
Delta Mu
A Message from the Director of
Internal and External Philanthropy:
Thank you for visiting one of the things Delta Mu is most proud of...our strong participation in campuswide philanthropy!
Since 1946, Alpha Phi has focused on heart disease and cardiac care as a philanthropic priority. Today, research into the diagnosis and treatment of women’s heart disease is a special interest of the Alpha Phi Foundation.
Gender differences in diagnosing and treating cardiac health problems are becoming widely recognized, and donors can make a difference for thousands of women through gifts to the Alpha Phi foundation.

GREEK OPEN
What could be more fun than a competitive round of golf in the afternoon? If you’re participating in the Greek Open, you know the answer: raising money for cardiac care!
Over the years, participating fraternities have helped us raise thousands of dollars for heart-related charities. That’s why we say, “Greek Open gets hearts pumping!”
IVY MAN
2010 date tba
Our annual Ivy Man competition is one of the most highly anticipated events of the year. Each fraternity nominates their “Ivy Man” to compete with men from other fraternities to see who is truly the Alpha Phi Ivy Man!
Through various activities that vary from arm wrestling matches and Twinkie eating contests, competitors will raise money to help fight heart disease.
The newly crowned Ivy Man will become that years’ Alpha Phi “sweetheart” featured on our composite. this sweetheart is also invited to attend our Bordeaux Ball formal.
